What we collect
- Name, phone number, email and company name
- Vehicle location, destination, year, make, model and plate
- Billing address and shipping / service address on checkout
- Invoice number, amount and the payment method you select
- Technical data such as IP address on form submissions
We do not store full credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates or CVC codes on this website. Card-brand checkout fields are used to take payment; card data is not emailed or saved by the site.
How we use it
We use your information to dispatch trucks, complete repairs, bill you, prevent fraud, and respond to questions. We do not sell personal information. We may share what is needed with our card processor, insurers, law enforcement, or a fleet account you named.
How long we keep it
Job, invoice and payment records are kept as long as tax, insurance and towing-lien rules require. You can ask what we have on file by emailing info@hutchwreckerservice.com or writing to the address above.

Children
Our services are for vehicle owners, drivers and fleets. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
