We are a towing and repair shop, not a mail-order store. This page is how delivery and transport work when you pay by card.

We do not ship boxed retail goods
Hutch’s Wrecker Service LLC does not sell products that go out in a parcel. There is no standard UPS / USPS shipping cart. What we deliver is a service: a wrecker, rotator, roadside truck or a repaired vehicle leaving our shop.
Service location (treated as shipping)
On checkout, the shipping address is the location where the vehicle or equipment should be picked up, dropped, or where parts should be installed. That can be a highway mile marker, a yard, a dealer, or 45 Lower Drive when the work is in our bays. Both billing and shipping / service addresses are required so the card-issuing bank and our dispatcher have the same record.
When parts are involved
Tires and repair parts are installed on the vehicle. If a part must be ordered, we tell you the lead time before we charge the card. Parts are not mailed to a home address unless we agree to that in writing for a specific job.
Timing
Emergency tows are dispatched as soon as a truck is free — often the same hour. Scheduled tows and shop work are set when you book. There is no separate “shipping carrier scan.” You can track status by calling (304) 442-4649.
Charges
Transport miles, tolls and extra labor show on the invoice. There is no hidden handling fee added at checkout beyond the amount you enter or we quote.
