Services

We provide light, medium and heavy-duty towing, rotator and recovery work, roadside assistance, storage, load handling, diesel and trailer repair, tires and DOT inspections. Work is performed at the vehicle location, on the highway, or at our shop at 45 Lower Drive, Handley, WV 25102.

Authorization

By requesting service — by phone, online form, or checkout — you authorize us to hook, transport, recover, store or repair the vehicle or equipment you identify, and to charge the agreed rate plus any documented extra costs (winching, extra labor, stand-by, after-hours, parts, storage, tolls, disposal).

Rates and payment

Rates are quoted before non-emergency work starts when we have enough information. Emergency highway work is billed at our posted or agreed rates for that class of vehicle. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover at checkout, as well as cash, check and approved fleet accounts. Payment is due when service is completed unless we have agreed to invoice terms in writing.

Liens and storage

West Virginia law may give us a possessory lien on a vehicle we have towed or stored until charges are paid. Storage begins when the vehicle arrives at our yard. You are responsible for storage until the vehicle is released to a person with the right to take it.

Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care with every vehicle. Towing and recovery involve damaged, wrecked or disabled equipment. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, cargo loss we did not cause, or delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures or a wait for law enforcement. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, except where West Virginia law does not allow that limit.

Website use

You may use this site to request service, pay an invoice, or read about our work. Do not submit false information. Card payments are offered as a checkout option; we do not store full card numbers on this site.
